By placing an order on our website, you agree to the return and refund terms stated below. If you need to return a product, our policy is clearly explained for your ease. 
  

Eligibility for Returns  

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and maintained in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.  
  • All tags, labels, and boxes must be returned exactly as received.  
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or modified in any manner will not qualify for return.  
  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours from the date of delivery. To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team within this period.  
  • Products that fail to meet these conditions will not be accepted for return. 
      


How to Initiate a Return  

Step 1: Initiate a Request    
Send your return request via email, including your Order ID and the reason for return, to hexainfosystems66@gmail.com.  

Step 2: Share Supporting Photos    
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, attach clear images showing the issue to ensure quicker processing.  

Step 3: Follow the Return Instructions    
After your request is approved, we will provide detailed instructions regarding the return procedure.  

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not comply with our stated guidelines. 
  

Refund Process & Timeline  

Once we receive the returned product, our team will examine it to confirm it meets the return criteria. You will be informed whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. A confirmation email will be sent once the refund has been successfully processed. 
  

Partial Refund Guidelines  

If a returned item only partially meets the return requirements (for example, minor damage or missing original packaging), we may issue a partial refund at our sole discretion. 
  

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product  

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or different from what was ordered, please submit a return request within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide clear photos or videos of the issue via email so we can address it promptly.
