Order Cancellation Before Shipment  

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it has been dispatched, whichever occurs first.  
• To submit a cancellation request, please contact our customer support team via email.  
• If your order qualifies for cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. 
    

Orders Already Shipped  

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may initiate a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. 
  

Order Modification  

At this time, we do not allow changes to items or shipping addresses once an order has been placed. If eligible, you may cancel the existing order and place a new one.
